1. Please provide me copies of all documents that attest to the weight room hours of operation at West Springfield HS from September 2006 thru March 2007.

Times the weight room was opened and closed.

2. Please provide me copies of all documents that indicate who was supervising the weight room activities at West Springfield HS during all hours of operation from September 2006 thru March 2007.

It is my understanding that Mr. Jansen holds meeting with all Directors of Student Activities each month, therefore I request copies of all notes, agenda items and any documents that were handed out from September 2006 thru March 2007.

As the Director of Student Activities and Athletic Programs Mr. Jansen has all of the above.

Why is FCPS doing the following:

1. Why is Instructional Services of FCPS reviewing the program of studies for weight room?

2. Why is extracurricular use of weight rooms under review?

3. Why is a system of accountability being discussed?

4. Why are drafts of permission slips being developed?

5. Why are schools looking into having a practical way to have more accountability in weight rooms?

6. Why are schools looking into accountability of weight room use after school?

7. Why is FCPS now saying that no max lifting by students will be permitted in school weight rooms?

IS IT BECAUSE FISS BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF FCPS THE ISSUES AND PROBLEMS THEY HAVE WITH STUDENT USE OF WEIGHT ROOMS IN FAIRFAX COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS. YES YES YES

that details religious observances options for FCPS students.

Please let me know if there is a fifty mile rule regarding religious observance for
FCPS student when they are away from the school?

Please let me know if there is a rule beyond fifty miles regarding religious observance for FCPS students when they are away from the school?
