About FISS

What is Fairness in School Sports (FISS)?

FISS, Inc., Ltd, was started for families who believe their children are not receiving fair treatment in school sports. FISS is headquartered in Lorton, Virginia, about 20 miles south of Washington, D.C.

FISS is about high school coaches offering fair, open tryouts to build their teams and not hold fake tryouts, when they already have the new players picked from their clinics.  Some of the coaches run sports clinics before the sports season for which they are paid (paid by the parents).  Sometimes these kids whose parents can afford the extra clinics, are what the teams are made up of.  The ‘tryouts’ are for ‘looks’.  they already know who the new players are - the kids of the parents that ‘bought’ their way on it!
